Job summary

A leading facility management company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced facilities manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and safety compliance. This role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related technical field and at least 5-8 years of experience, ideally on the landlord side of property management. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in property/facility management, preferably on the client side.
• Familiar with relevant statutory legislation and local authority regulations.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and energy conservation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E equipment operations and facilities maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance operations of the campus.
• Establish and implement operational procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise service providers and drive improvement in work quality.
• Coordinate all aspects of Health and Safety on campus.
