Job summary

A leading EHS management firm in Malaysia is seeking an EHS Manager to establish and implement their safety management system. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing contractors, and organizing training programs to enhance safety awareness. The ideal candidate must have a diploma or above, at least 5 years of experience, familiar with Malaysian regulations, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English, and preferences for Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia are advantageous. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience, preferably in data centers or large-scale industrial projects.
• Familiar with Malaysian safety and environmental regulations (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA).
• Capability in effective communication with authorities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish EHS management system ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and manage contractors' safety performance.
• Develop emergency response plans and organize drills.
