We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Manager to oversee end-to-end campaign execution and lead management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth campaign operations, accurate lead tracking, and data-driven insights to support sales and marketing effectiveness.

Campaign Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align campaign goals and strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure timely delivery and optimal results.
Lead Management
  • Manage and track all inbound and outbound leads to ensure proper allocation and follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate lead records and ensure data integrity in CRM or lead tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Lead Upload & Data Operations
  • Handle lead uploads to CRM systems or relevant databases with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular data checks to maintain database cleanliness and completeness.
Insights & Reporting
  • Provide weekly and monthly campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Present actionable insights to improve lead generation and campaign ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in campaign coordination, or CRM operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) is an advantage.
