A leading insurance firm is seeking a Call Center Representative in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves promoting insurance plans through telemarketing, building customer relationships, and delivering quality telesales. Candidates should possess a strong command of Mandarin and be self-motivated with a result-oriented attitude. Those with fluency in additional languages will be at an advantage. Attractive commission and training provided, with a minimum qualification of SPM required.

Strong command of Mandarin (read, write, converse) and the ability to speak other languages / dialects would be an added advantage. Preferred candidates with fluent mandarin skills as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Minimum SPM holder and above.
On-the-job training will be provided.
