Responsibilities:

Promote simple insurance plans through telemarketing to dedicated bank customers.

To build strong customer relationship.

To deliver professional, cost effective and quality telesales to achieve the mission and objectives of the Outbound Contact Centre.

Requirements:

Enthusiastic and self-motivated to earn more income.

Daring, aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever.

Enjoy working over the telephone.

Strong command of Mandarin (read, write, converse) and the ability to speak other languages / dialects would be an added advantage. Preferred candidates with fluent mandarin skills as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Minimum SPM holder and above.

On-the-job training will be provided.
