Job summary

A local manufacturing company in Selangor is seeking a candidate to manage daily Call Center operations. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to procedures, overseeing inventory control, and addressing customer complaints. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Certificate and have at least one year of related experience in customer service. Candidates must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role may require working outside normal hours when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year related working experience in customer service or similar.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Call Center.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Conduct daily Stock Inventory Control.
  • Process and post billings on time.
  • Attend to customer complaints promptly.
