Job Details

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:30)

Location: 21-12, Austin 18, Jalan Austin Perdana 3, Taman Austin Perdana, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.

Responsibilities

身为新据点的开拓成员,您将经历从行政筹备到专业电访的成长过程:

  1. Initial Phase: Office Setup (Approximately 1 month)

    • 协助新据点初期设置,包含办公设备采购(桌椅、器材)、电线配置协调及环境维护。
    • 处理行政支出、报销审核及基本日常文书工作。
  2. Steady Phase: Outbound Call Center Operations

    • 进行 Outbound Cold Calls 以支持业务扩张。
    • 建立并维护潜在客户数据库,进行市场数据收集。
    • 支援日常销售运营,如制作报价单及处理销售订单。
Qualifications

【资格要求】【Requirements】

  • 学历/经验: 至少 1-2 年电访、销售或行政相关工作经验。

  • 语言能力: 良好的中文、马来语及英文(口头与书面沟通),需具備流利的電話溝通技巧。

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Call Center, Sales, or Administration.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English (Fluent in verbal communication for phone calls).
