Comprehensive Training Provided – No prior experience needed

Normal working hour - Monday to Friday / 9AM to 6PM

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to the provided customer database to introduce and explain insurance products.
• Build positive relationships and communicate professionally with customers in Bahasa Melayu, ensuring excellent service by following training guidelines and prepared scripts.
• Present, promote, and clearly explain financial/insurance products over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and maintain a productive work environment.
