Job Overview

We’re looking for passionate, versatile individuals to join our café/restaurant as Barista/Café Crew/Kitchen Helper (Junior/Senior/Manager). If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and love wearing multiple hats, this is the role for you.

Open Positions

We are currently accepting applications for the following roles. Please indicate clearly in your application which position you are applying for.

1. Manager (Leadership Role)
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily floor operations, ensuring service flow is smooth and customer satisfaction is maximized.
  • Manpower Management: Handle rostering/scheduling, staff training, and performance monitoring.
  • Financial Discipline: Manage inventory, control wastage, and provide accurate weekly sales/operational reports to Upper Management.
  • Enforce strict HACCP/Hygiene standards and ensure brand SOPs are followed without compromise.
2. Service Crew / Kitchen Crew / Barista
  • Take orders accurately, manage food delivery to tables, maintain dining area cleanliness, and handle customer inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Requirements: Strong communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia), energetic, and presentable.
  • Heat and serve food items such as pastries and ready-made meals using high-speed ovens and microwaves.
  • Plate and present food according to café standards.
  • Monitor and report food stock levels for replenishment.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders, and recommend menu items.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables.
  • Clear tables, sanitize dining areas, and keep the café clean and inviting.
  • Refill supplies, restock display items, and maintain merchandise areas.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service at all times.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years experience in a café or F&B preferred (but fresh applicants with strong customer service passion are welcome).
  • OR Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in F&B for manager. Strong leadership presence and proficiency in Reporting.
  • Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
