Job Summary

Responsible for the overall daily operations of the café and bar, including staff management, customer service standards, inventory control, sales performance and ensuring smooth front-of-house and bar operations. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily café and bar operations to ensure smooth service flow
  • Lead, train, schedule and supervise the service team and bar staff
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest experience
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering, supplier coordination and stock control
  • Ensure bar beverage quality, café product consistency and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery when required
  • Manage cash handling, POS accuracy and daily sales reporting
  • Support promotional activities, upselling and revenue growth initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food handling and licensing requirements
  • Monitor cost control, wastage, staffing efficiency and operational KPIs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in café, bar, restaurant or retail F&B management
  • Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills
  • Good understanding of customer service and operational standards
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and resolve issues promptly
  • Knowledge of beverages, café operations or bar service is an advantage
  • Willing to work weekends, shifts and peak business hours
  • Basic administrative and reporting abilities (POS, inventory, scheduling)
