Job summary

A local café company in Selangor is seeking a friendly individual to prepare and serve coffee and basic beverages in accordance with hygiene regulations. The role involves ensuring food is served correctly, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and providing excellent customer service. No formal experience is required as training will be provided, but candidates should be responsible and able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school (SPM) or equivalent required.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Clean and responsible, attentive to hygiene necessary.

• Prepare and serve coffee and basic beverages.
• Ensure food is served at correct temperature and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machine and pantry area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and basic beverages according to standard procedures
• Reheat ready-made food items safely and correctly
• Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and presentation standard
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machine, warmer, counter, and utensils
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Dispose of waste properly and keep pantry/café area tidy

Stock & Equipment

• Monitor daily stock of coffee supplies and food items
• Inform superior when stock is low
• Handle basic equipment properly and report any malfunction

Customer & Workplace Support

• Serve customers/staff in a polite and friendly manner
• Support ad-hoc tasks related to café or pantry operations as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in café, pantry, or F&B service is an advantage
• Clean, responsible, and attentive to hygiene
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented
• Must be able to commit 6 working days a week: include work on weekend & Public Holidays
• Working Hour: Rotational shifts: 11am - 7:30pm or 12:30pm - 9pm
