Job summary

A construction company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced individual to coordinate Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural works. The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or Architecture and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in CAD and MS Office is essential. Responsibilities include producing various technical drawings and ensuring proper documentation for projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Knowledge of computer (MS Office) is essential, proficient in CAD.

Responsibilities

• Produce pre-construction technical planning drawing using CAD and Microsoft Office software.
• Produce multiple design coordination drawing, check dimension and materials using CAD software.
• Produce design drawing from rough sketches and specifications using CAD software.
• Produce shop drawing and as-built drawing using CAD software.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of Planning Department.
• Carry out any other duties as instructed by the Management.

This role will be responsible for coordinating all Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and Architectural works for projects undertaken by the Company.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

• Certificate / Diploma in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Knowledge of computer (MS Office) is essential, proficient in CAD.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities will be:
