Business Service Support Lead for Testing (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans to ensure the end‑to‑end functionality of all BSS components meets expectations.
- Analyze product requirements and write test cases and test plans.
- Manage and maintain test environments, including setting up test data, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated testing, including functional testing, integration testing, performance testing, etc.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and assist the development team in resolving them.
- Work with the development team to track and fix defects to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Manage and optimize the testing process to improve testing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, including development, product management, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure the entire team is working together cohesively to deliver high‑quality products on time.
- Regularly report on testing progress and results to management, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Complete the test case design by 80 TCs per month during IOT/E2E/UAT Phases.
- Complete the assigned test case execution by 200 TCs per month during IOT/E2E/UAT phases.
- Solve >=10 issues per month, and close in customer side.
- Project progress of test stream is normal, and no delay caused by the vendor’s service.
- Customer satisfaction is normal, and no negative event caused by the vendor’s service.
