Business Service Support Engineer for Testing (Kuala Lumpur)

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans to ensure the end-to-end functionality of all BSS componentsmeets expectations.
• Analyze product requirements and write test cases and test plans.
• Manage and maintain test environments, including setting up test data, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated testing, including functional testing, integration testing, performance testing, etc.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and assist the development team in resolving them.
• Work with the development team to track and fix defects to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
• Manage and optimize the testing process to improve testing efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with other departments, including development, product management, operations, and qualityassurance, to ensure the entire team is working together cohesively to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Regularly report on testing progress and results to management, and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Complete the test case design by 50 TCs per month during IOT/E2E/UAT Phases.
• Complete the assigned test case execution by 150 TCs per month during IOT/E2E/UAT phases.
• Solve >=5 issues per month, and close in customer side.
• Project progress of test stream is normal, and no delay caused by the vendor’s service.
• Customer satisfaction is normal, and no negative event caused by the vendor’s service.
