Job summary

A recruitment platform is seeking a Sales Administrator in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The role involves ensuring that all sales documents are completed and assisting the Sales & Marketing Team in managing inquiries. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of JDE or SAP systems are preferred. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all sales order documents and agreements are completed by the sales division.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Team to assign sales enquiries.
  • Generate sales order and customer invoices upon process completion.
  • Coordinate with internal/external customers to ensure timing billing processing/delivery.
  • Maintain & monitor monthly sales and prepare the necessary report.
  • Ensure all order documents updated in Sales Order and save in company sharing folders.
  • Prepare monthly management reports.
  • Maintain all the sales activity tracking related reports listed below.
  • Monthly closed deal reports
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency, business process re-engineering.
  • Collaborate, integrate and be Communication Bridge between divisions for enhancement and improvement for sales order processing system and/or other related SAP system.
  • Develop processes to standardize and maximize the process efficiency and control of the internal operations.
  • Implement new tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct user training to internal end-user for updated existing systems or new implemented systems and established user manual, guidelines, procedures for end users.
  • Collaborate with applications developers to make necessary changes on system architecture for customise reporting as when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
