Vigorrise Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to support and coordinate our core business operations. This role is assisting in Brand Operations, Products Training, Customer Service, Channel Sales, and daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
Job Description
Brand Operations Support
Brand Localization Strategy Development
- Accurately grasp the company’s brand positioning and, based on market demand, regional characteristics, and market information, plan brand activities to promote customer conversion and brand consolidation.
- Develop and review copy and design for departmental promotional materials, ensuring that all external communications align with the company’s brand requirements in both content and style.
Comprehensive Brand Operations
- Familiar with the media environment and resources in Malaysia, and able to maximize brand operations efficiency according to the company’s development needs.
- Manage and operate digital platforms: Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo, ensuring brand content is published according to project timelines.
- Collaborate with product marketing schedules according to advertising plans, and evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of platform campaigns.
Product Training and Customer Service Support
Product Training Support
- Provide product knowledge and sales training for partner clients, enhancing the professionalism of sales teams and improving sales conversion rates.
Event Planning and Execution Support
- Plan and execute promotional and operational activities (e.g. retail outlets, campuses, residential communities), including the procurement of promotional materials and giveaways, activity flow design, and performance tracking to ensure smooth implementation.
Retail Display & Image Maintenance
- Update in-store materials and visual displays in line with marketing and product launch schedules. Conduct regular inspections of store materials and merchandising to ensure a clean, standardized, and professional retail image.
- Handle customer after-sales service issues, including fault diagnosis, problem analysis, and the development and implementation of solutions.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers, respond promptly to after-sales requests, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and service experience.
- Record, organize, and report product quality and technical issues, assisting the technical team with product optimization and improvements.
Channel Sales Follow-up and Management
- Manage channel inventory flow (inbound–outbound–stock), break down targets, track data, and execute action plans. Promote standardized store display (Planogram), demo device presentation, and training SOP implementation.
- Conduct regular store visits, produce store inspection reports, and drive improvements.
Customer Relationship Management and Maintenance
- Establish long-term and stable cooperation mechanisms, enhance customer satisfaction, and continuously secure channel resources.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in training and has strong learning ability.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Management or a related field. Fresh graduated is acceptable.
