A leading technology firm in Selangor is seeking an experienced professional to support daily operations and enhance business processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in IT or technology settings. Responsibilities include coordinating operations, analyzing data, and supporting cross-functional projects. Excellent communication and administrative skills are essential, alongside a detail-oriented and adaptable mindset. This role provides a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.
Operational Support: Coordinate day-to-day business operations, streamline processes, and ensure timely task completion.
Data & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and prepare operational data and reports to support decision-making and identify improvement areas.
Process & Project Support: Assist in process optimization initiatives and support operational projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
Client, Vendor & SLA Support: Support client and vendor coordination, monitor SLAs, and address operational concerns promptly.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational data for consistency and compliance.
Technology & Issue Support: Utilize business systems and tools to improve efficiency and assist in troubleshooting operational issues.
Administrative & Coordination Support: Provide administrative assistance including meeting coordination, reporting, documentation, expense tracking, and support for events, trainings, and workshops.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, IT support, or a similar role, preferably within an IT or technology-focused environment.
Strong administrative skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and office coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, reporting, and process compliance.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Experience in supporting or managing projects, particularly those involving operational processes and timelines.
