Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end event operations support (logistics, vendors, PO/payment coordination).
  • Maintain CRM dashboards, user access, and data quality checks.
  • Implement data governance practices and generate performance reports.
  • Coordinate 1-2 inbound shipments per month from global sites into Malaysia & Singapore.
  • Review shipping documentation and ensure compliant clearance.
  • Liaise with customs brokers and logistics partners for timely delivery.
  • Maintain shipment records and support reporting on lead times and exceptions.
  • Oversee day-to-day office management and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in office operations, sales administration, or logistics coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably VEEVA) and data stewardship.
  • Understanding of import/logistics processes; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
