As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking dedicated Business Support Executives who will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships. Your role includes:

  • Prepare sales-related documents such as reporting and analysis (quotations / sales orders / material forecasts, etc.)
  • Liaise with internal departments for product delivery, operational challenges & sales related matters
  • Manage customer requests, feedback, complaints & inquiries
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
  • Involve in continuous process improvement

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Science & Technology or equivalent
  • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years in administrative tasks; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with technical / engineering backgrounds will have an added advantage
  • Being fluent in languages to support our global customers effectively
