A leading home furnishing retailer in Malaysia is looking for a Business Navigation role. This position emphasizes driving business processes and profitability while providing analytical insights to improve store performance. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of retail experience, proven data analysis skills, and fluency in English. Support the Business Navigation & Operations Manager in navigating the growth and securing sustained profitability of IKANO. Drive the business navigation processes, including staff cost and productivity development. Be a pro-active, trustworthy business partner to the Country Business Navigation Manager, Finance Managers and store steering team by steering and challenging the actual business performance for the assigned area of responsibility.
