Riken Keiki Sdn. Bhd., an established engineering company in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical) to join their team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth and strategic initiatives within the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand the company's client base in the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors.
Manage and coordinate the delivery of products and services to meet client requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tenders to potential clients.
Negotiate and manage contracts and commercial agreements with clients and suppliers.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision‑making.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales and business development team.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and the company's policies and procedures.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales management role within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
Proven track record of successfully securing and managing large, complex projects and contracts.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex business relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in project management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
