Business Intelligence and Strategy & Planning-Kuala Lumpur
This role works closely with the Regional Integrated Ops team, including the Regional Top Sellers program, Key Account Managers, and the BD/Incubation team, to support the growth and success of Lazada sellers and brands across the platform.
- Partner with Management and Seller Programs teams to deep dive into program performance, support target-setting initiatives, and provide insights that help drive GMV growth and inform decision-making.
- Define key metrics and build dashboards to track program performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Act as a crucial link between business, product, and tech teams by translating business needs into clear technical requirements, proactively identifying potential risks and challenges.
- Manage data products and work closely with data engineering teams to improve data processes and operational workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across regions on the Lazada platform.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years working experience in analytics, project management, strategy and/or tech consulting, or other related fields. Experience in E-commerce and/or Commercial/Brands is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and other programming language. Hands-on experience in data extraction, cleaning, preparation, and dashboard development.
- Sharp and structured thinking, strong analytical and numerical skills. Good communication and presentation skills.
- Results orientated with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.
- Highly energetic and self-motivated. Willingness to learn attitude with ability to work under pressure.
- Bilingual: English/Chinese.
- Bachelor’s/Master Degree in relevant field of study.
