Job Responsibilities

• Drive the Business Engineering processes and contribute to improvements.
• Maintain the information in the CRM system, generating selections and participating in technical meetings / discussions / support for customers, preparing required documents, handling field claims and managing user access to the simulation program.
• Drive sales activities related to implementation of new customer projects such as product and prototype selections, calculations, quotations, follow-ups, prototypes, preparation for serial production and logistic setups and support.
• Prepare commercial offers in accordance to the Authorization Matrix.
• Participate in SWEP’s internal and customer- and market-oriented projects and initiatives e.g. launch of new products and technologies.
• Conduct product and application trainings.
• Participate in conferences and exhibitions when required.
• Study and consolidate business intelligence information for defined applications and regions.

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering, Physics or Technical faculty.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in design / technical support / sales in thermal engineering or related fields.
• Intermediate level in usage of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in the English and Malay languages is mandatory.
• Valid driving license.
• Must be able to work in Subang Jaya area.
• Experience in HVACR or heat exchanger industry is an added advantage.
