A leading communication solutions company is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Kuala Lumpur. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate has 12 months of outbound sales experience, strong communication skills in Malay and English, and is detail-oriented. This role offers a hybrid work environment and a focus on personal and professional development.
As a BDR, your purpose is to identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales teams to increase revenue. Your goal is to build relationships with potential clients and drive growth for the company through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. You will support AEs in Malaysia and report to the manager in Singapore.
