Business Development Recruitment Consultant

Candidate with at least Bachelor/Degree in any background. Priority those candidates with 1-2 years experience in sales & marketing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.

Experience in sales, business development or recruitment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.

Results-driven mindset, with resilience and confidence in outreach activities (cold calls, meetings).

Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and time-management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, networking and market research.
  • Promote recruitment and HR solutions to prospective clients, understanding their workforce needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Negotiate service agreements, placement fees and contract terms in line with company policies.
Client Relationship Management
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Develop consultative partnerships with hiring managers to understand manpower planning, role requirements and talent challenges.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to secure repeat business and long-term relationships.
  • Provide market insights, hiring trends and talent advisory support to clients.
Recruitment Delivery
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing, sourcing, candidate screening, assessment and shortlisting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate expectations and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Support clients with urgent or high-volume manpower needs, maintaining quality and speed of delivery.
  • Meet placement targets consistently while ensuring compliance across all processes.
