Job description

Vessel Recruitment and Deployment

• Support the Senior Manager in securing employment for company-owned offshore vessels, including Fast Crew Boats (FCB) and other OSVs, at market-competitive rates.
• Assist in charter negotiations, preparation of commercial proposals, and review of charter terms in consultation with management.
• Monitor vessel deployment, utilization, and charter performance in line with contractual and customer requirements.

OSV Market Surveys and Tender Exercises

• Participate in OSV market surveys and tender exercises, including preparation and coordination of tender submissions.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence on vessel availability, charter rates, and competitor positioning.
• Maintain close communication with brokers and industry contacts on vessel open positions and cargo opportunities.

3. Operational & Cost Monitoring

• Monitor offshore vessel performance from a commercial and operational perspective, working closely with Ship Managers and internal technical teams.
• Support cost monitoring initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

4. Client & Business Relationship Management

• Assist in developing and maintaining business relationships with ship owners, charterers, brokers, and key clients locally and internationally.
• Attend business meetings, client discussions, and industry engagements to support offshore business growth.

5. Invoicing & Revenue Collection

• Support invoicing processes and follow up on charter hire collections to ensure timely billing and payment.

6. Reporting & General Duties

• Prepare reports on vessel utilization, charter status, and market updates for management review.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager or management from time to time.
