Job description

Responsible to service and grow the portfolio of insurance clients by developing new insurance schemes or business.

Lead the client acquisition process by sourcing for competitive insurance products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers in respect of insurance related matters.

Coordinate with the internal claims department to ensure all claims are settled promptly.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Any other duties as and when assigned from the Management.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess any of the following or equivalent insurance qualifications (e.g. PCEIA/ FCII/ CPCU/ AII/ etc.)
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years working experience in the insurance industry; candidates with working experience in insurance broking houses will be prioritised.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Possess own transport.
