Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach to architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide consultations and educate clients on product benefits and technical details.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide market feedback to the product team.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent B2C experience).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Malay. Chinese languages are advantageous.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results‑driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
