Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in EPCC, power substation, and infrastructure projects (HV, EHV, transmission, and distribution systems).
- Conduct market research to assess client needs, competitors, and emerging trends in the energy and construction sectors.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects and clients.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and estimation teams.
- Represent the company in tenders, bids, and negotiations with clients and consultants.
Corporate Image & Client Relations
- Enhance the company’s corporate profile and brand visibility in the market through strategic communication and public relations initiatives.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders — clients, government agencies, consultants, and vendors.
- Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and corporate presentations to reinforce the company’s professional image.
- Ensure all marketing and communication materials (brochures, presentations, digital content) align with the corporate brand and values.
Strategic Planning & Coordination
- Support management in defining business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Projects, Finance, Legal) for bid preparation, contract review, and project initiation.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Prepare periodic reports on market trends, competitor analysis, and business development performance.
Corporate Communication & Reporting
- Draft and review corporate communication materials, company profiles, and media releases.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals, prequalification documents, and client updates.
- Maintain CRM database of clients, tenders, and leads for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Civil / Mechanical) or Business Administration.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing / Strategy (preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in EPCC, power substation, or utility infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of EPC project cycles, tendering processes, and client management in the energy sector.
