Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, dealer development, or business development.
- Proven track record in improving dealer performance, preferably in the premium segment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of dealership operations.
- Highly self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Malaysia.
- Possess a valid driving license.
Responsibility
Dealer Network Development
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing dealers across Malaysia.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor performance, ensure compliance, and provide support.
- Guide dealers on showroom standards, CI compliance, customer touchpoints, and luxury experience protocols.
Sales Performance Management
- Drive sales targets and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives are achieved.
- Review dealer KPIs including stock levels, conversion ratios, inquiry quality, and after‑sales retention.
- Develop gap analyses and improvement plans for underperforming regions.
- Support dealers with premium retail strategies, localized marketing, VIP customer engagement, and product positioning.
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging market segments.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Propose business development initiatives, dealer incentives, and long‑term growth strategies.
- Evaluate opportunities for fleet, corporate, and government channels aligned with premium brand positioning.
Operational & Support Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, after‑sales, finance) to support dealer operations.
- Manage dealer agreements, pricing structures, incentives, and commercial terms.
- Assist in planning and executing nationwide campaigns, dealer events, training sessions, and product launches.
- Ensure dealer compliance with brand standards, sales processes, and customer satisfaction expectations.
