Top-A is an established plastic injection moulding manufacturer with over 32 years of experience.
We operate a wide range of 200T to 900T injection moulding machines, producing functional and structural plastic components for long-term manufacturing programs.
As part of our next phase, we are strengthening our business development capability to expand into additional growth sectors and improve factory utilisation, productivity, and business quality.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop new customers and new projects that fit our machine capabilities, production planning, and margin requirements.
This role focuses on new business only and requires strong judgement in selecting projects that are operationally suitable and commercially sustainable.
The role will focus on identifying and developing opportunities such as:
Identify and develop new customers and new sectors suitable for 200T–750T machines
No independent pricing authority
This role exists to build future manufacturing programs, not to manage day-to-day operations.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in:
Ability to qualify good vs bad business
Direct reporting to Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director
Clear role scope and accountability
