What is your role:
  • Responsible for supporting the Company sales especially on Staff Augmentation and Resource placement
  • Achieve sales targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.
  • Creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls.
  • Establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Identification of new business opportunities through cold calling prospects generated by internal or external sources.
  • Maintain and expand the companys database of prospects.
  • Make regular follow-up calls to existing customers and develop the business through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within the existing client base.
  • To carry any duties that have been assigned by the company or management.
What you need to have:
  • Must have at least 2 year of working experience in Staff/Talent Augmentation services.
  • Must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills & able to operate effectively as a team player with excellent customer service and communication with all levels of people.
  • Possess hunter sales attributes to drive and close sales.
  • Possess good written and spoken in English
