Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Market Expansion
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partners, and distribution channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer demand to drive proactive strategies.
  • Manage relationships with existing distributors and dealers to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, set sales targets, and monitor performance achievements.
Product & Marketing Support
  • Promote full product range, positioning value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Provide feedback on product improvements, pricing competitiveness, and new product needs specific to the region.
  • Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and brand-building events in the assigned territory.
Business Reporting & Analysis
  • Collect/analyze sales data and market feedback.
  • Provide regular reports on market updates, customer activities, and sales forecasts.
  • Propose solutions and action plans for business improvement in the region.
  • Conduct business visits across assigned territories to maintain strong market visibility.
  • Participate in customer meetings, showroom visits, and exhibitions.
