Business Development – Influencer Partnerships (Fintech)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development professional specializing in Influencer & KOL Partnerships to support our growth in the fintech space. This role focuses on partner acquisition, relationship management, and performance‑driven collaborations across major social platforms.
You will work closely with marketing, branding, and performance teams to build influencer partnerships that generate real business impact — not just exposure.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys negotiation, relationship building, and results‑driven execution in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer & Partnership Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard influencer partners (macro, micro, nano) across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of influencer and content creator partnerships.
- Develop partnership strategies aligned with user acquisition, brand growth, and engagement objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms, collaboration, and partnership agreements.
2. Campaign & Execution Management
- Prepare campaign briefs, content guidelines, and timelines to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Manage end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns, including deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Oversee product seeding and sponsored content initiatives.
3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with branding, creative, and media teams to amplify influencer content across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align influencer partnerships with conversion and growth KPIs.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Maintain a structured influencer pipeline, content calendar, and campaign performance dashboard.
- Track key metrics including reach, engagement, CPV, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize partnerships by reallocating budget and focus toward top‑performing creators.
- Stay up to date with fintech marketing trends, influencer landscape changes, and platform algorithm updates.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, or business development (preferably in fintech, digital services, crypto, or e‑commerce).
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the evolving creator economy.
- Proven experience in partnership negotiation and relationship management.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Bonus: Experience managing multi‑market influencer campaigns or using influencer management tools.
