A healthcare facility in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Executive focused on marketing fertility treatments. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, and organizing events. The ideal candidate should possess strong marketing and sales skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and knowledge of compliance in healthcare marketing. This role aims to increase patient acquisition and satisfaction in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
1. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research on fertility trends, competition, and patient demand by analysing patient demographics, preferences, and key factors influencing their choice of fertility treatments.
2. Sales & Leads Generation: Utilize online and offline channels, including digital marketing, referrals, and partnerships, to attract potential patients. Leads will later convert into confirmed appointments and treatments across all respective branches.
3. Marketing Campaign: Design and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase patient acquisition, retention, and engagement. Ensure all campaigns effectively target potential patients, focusing on fertility, reproductive health, maternal care, and related services.
4. Event Planning & Promotion: Organize educational seminars, webinars, and fertility-focused events. Promote hospital-hosted events to raise awareness, educate patients, and build trust in the community.
5. Marketing & Brand Awareness: Develop localized marketing strategies to target patients by creating engaging content, social media campaigns, and advertisements. Organize online and offline seminars, webinars, and workshops to educate potential patients about IVF treatments.
6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective patients. BDEs are also to provide personalized support, addressing patient concerns, treatment options, and the overall journey to ensure high patient satisfaction and follow‑up for referrals.
7. Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with doctors, hospitals, fertility clinics, and other relevant parties. Develop referral programs and exclusive tie‑ups to enhance patient flow.
8. Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Marketing: Ensure all sales and marketing efforts comply with Malaysian healthcare regulations and maintain ethical marketing practices while promoting fertility treatments.
9. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide regular reports on market trends, patient insights, and sales performance as well as gather patient feedback to improve services and marketing approaches.
