Requirement

• Diploma or higher education in any relevant field.
• Preferred candidates with experience in sales, business development, talent acquisition, or managing singer/streamer resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and persuasive approach.
• Goal-driven, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Familiar with major social media platforms (Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and basic online sourcing techniques.
• Fast learner with strong execution skills and adaptability to new work models.
• Fluent in Mandarin (must), with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently to achieve individual business development targets.
• Internship/Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibility

• Develop and grow the talent network by recruiting live stream singers and online hosts across Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan.
• Manage the entire recruitment and business development cycle including market outreach, posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews or auditions.
• Actively source, identify, and expand potential singer/streamer/agent resources through social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with potential and existing streamers to drive engagement, performance, and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding processes, provide guidance to newly recruited talents, and encourage referrals to grow the talent pipeline.
• Track and analyze recruitment and business development metrics to prepare regular performance reports and insights.
• Identify market opportunities, recruitment challenges, and industry trends; propose improvements to strategies and processes.
• Represent the company professionally to attract new partnerships and business opportunities within the live streaming ecosystem.
