Business Development Executive [Perak/Penang]

Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, potential clients, and partnerships.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s offerings.

Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve strategies.

Prepare and deliver sales and business development reports to management, providing actionable insights and updates on progress.

Assist in developing marketing campaigns and materials to support sales and business growth initiatives.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management to support overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish long-term professional relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of the market and industry trends.
