Our client is a leading integrated logistics provider company in Malaysia.

Job Summary

We are looking for an active Business Development Executive to support our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) business growth. This role will assist in identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective logistics solutions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and driven to build a career in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying potential sales leads and new business opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, transportation) to gather data and ensure accurate client proposals.
  • Maintain and update sales records, pipeline trackers, and reporting documents.
  • Support client meetings and presentations by preparing materials and taking follow-up actions.
  • Conduct and competitor research to support sales planning.
  • Build basic relationships with clients through follow-ups, under guidance from senior team members.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of working experience, preferably in sales support, business development, or logistics-related roles. Fresh graduates with strong interest in logistics are encouraged to apply.
