Key Responsibilities

  • Cover and manage accounts within the Klang Valley and Selangor region.
  • Promote assigned medical/pharmaceutical products scientifically and effectively to healthcare professionals.
  • Plan weekly sales and business development activities, including customer visits and product presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territories in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Build strong customer relationships and expand the existing client base.
  • Maintain updated and accurate sales reports; participate in periodic sales reviews and target discussions.
  • Provide input to management for sales strategy formulation and demand forecasting.
  • Report any adverse product reactions or complaints in compliance with company SOPs.
  • Personally deliver products for smaller orders when required.
  • Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
  • Demonstrates initiative with minimal supervision; self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of various sales techniques and ability to engage effectively in procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel, including outstation assignments.
