Business Development Executive (Leasing)
- Assist HOD in evaluating potential site locations (malls, shop lots, industrial).
- Manage site selection, filtering, and proposal submissions for approval.
- Negotiate and oversee leasing deals through to tenancy signing.
- Draft, review, and manage tenancy agreements in compliance with legal standards.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and external parties to ensure seamless leasing operations.
- Handle lease renewals, terminations, disputes, and site handovers.
- Maintain documentation and manage stamp duty and legal fee processes.
- Support leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Track leasing data and generate reports using Excel.
- Manage submissions for utilities, licenses (business, fire), and insurance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, contractors, suppliers).
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Real Estate Management or equivalent. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in Leasing, Asset Management & Tenancy Agreement required for this position. F&B/ retail industry are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English. Must also be fluent in Mandarin to communicate with local and overseas stakeholders.
- Independent Worker: Independent, team player, fast learner, demonstrate good negotiation and communication skill.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage reports.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational, time-management, and analytical abilities to tackle complex financial tasks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
