We are seeking a motivated and articulate Meeting Setter/Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team in South East Asia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our Business Development Director.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our local Director, via phone calls, email and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in making calls to potential clients in Indonesia.
  • Maintain sales activity to create a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads using various resources, including websites, social media and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm meetings and address any inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead generation.

YOU WILL HAVE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia or ability to converse in Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage.
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales roles.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of networking within large companies would be an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
