We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Development & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across both B2B and B2C channels. This role combines strategic business development with hands‑on digital marketing expertise, including content creation, online platform management, and multimedia production. The ideal candidate is creative, tech‑savvy, and results‑driven, with a strong understanding of e‑commerce ecosystems and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Online Content Creation
    • Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
    • Develop compelling copy, visuals, and video content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • E-Commerce Platform Management
    • Set up and manage online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
    • Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales.
  • Multimedia Production
    • Design graphics and edit videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to produce visually appealing and impactful content.
    • Coordinate marketing initiatives to support sales objectives.

Qualifications
