MR DIY is embarking on an exciting new venture to pioneer into AI & Robotics retail concept, under a strategic initiative known as Mr. Robot. As part of this bold expansion into the AI and robotics space, we are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the company’s revenue growth. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
🚀 Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct product presentations, sales meetings, and client visits.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and ensure high conversion rates.
🤝 Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
🧠 Market Research & Strategy
  • Analyses market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support business planning.
  • Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and potential risks.
  • Assist in developing new business strategies and marketing initiatives.
🛍️ Coordination & Reporting
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
  • Track sales performance against targets and propose improvement actions as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proactive, result‑oriented, and customer‑focused.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
