About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a knack for selling and the drive to acquire and grow client relationships. If you have prior experience in sales—lead generation, cold calls, and face-to-face sales interactions—and are adaptable to learning IT systems and solutions, this is your chance to shine.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify potential leads to maintain a steady pipeline of potential customers among industries with field sales, service and maintenance teams.
- Own the sales cycle — from outreach, discovery, pitching, and follow-ups to closing.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and track activities in our CRM.
- Understand client pain points and demonstrate how Caction addresses them.
- Work closely with the seniors and Head of Business Development on sales strategy, messaging, and account prioritization.
- Assist senior sales specialists during client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Develop a strong understanding of our digital transformation products and services.
- Create and manage demo accounts to showcase product capabilities.
- Prepare presentation slides and other sales materials.
- Generate and follow up on quotations for potential clients.
- Request and manage necessary documents from clients throughout deal flow.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of business development or sales experience (preferably in a tech or SaaS company)
- Strong interest in digital transformation and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client operations and link software solutions to business impact.
- Self-starter with a bias for action — you're comfortable handling ambiguity and closing deals.
- Proficiency in creating presentations and managing demo accounts.
- Possesses own transport and is willing to travel for client meetings.
