Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to compile tender proposals, technical and commercial documentations.
• Maintain a tender database and follow-ups on submitted proposals.
• Contribute to achieving company revenue, sales and growth targets.
• Conduct market research to analyze emerging trends, client needs and competitor activities.
• Handle documentation and applications for licenses, government grants, and incentives.
• Manage and coordinate renewal of company operating licenses and trade permits.
• Maintain strong relationships with government agency executives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on new policies and trade regulations.
• Represent the company at government meetings and trade association gatherings.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian regulatory and statutory requirements.

Job description

b. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal and Technical) to compile tender proposals, technical and commercial documentations.

c. Maintain a tender database and follow-ups on submitted proposals.

d. Contribute to achieving company revenue, sales and growth targets.

e. Conduct market research to analyze emerging trends, client needs and competitor activities.

a. Handle documentation and applications for licenses, government grants, incentives, and support programs related to logistics, trade facilitation and digitalisation.

b. Manage and coordinate renewal of company operating licenses, trade permits, custom codes and other statutory approvals.

c. Maintain strong relationship with government agency executives.

d. Monitor, analyze, and report on new policies, trade regulations, and industry frameworks that affects logistics operations.

e. Represent the Company at government meetings, industry events and trade association gatherings.

f. Ensure full compliance with all Malaysian regulatory and statutory requirements.
