A leading fintech company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to proactively acquire new customers through various outreach methods including cold calls and events. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations tailored to the needs of F&B, retail, and hospitality clients, while achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or higher in relevant fields, strong communication skills, and be self-motivated. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Travel may be required for client meetings.
Proactively acquire new customers through cold calls, walk-ins, networking, referrals, events, and online outreach.
Participate in trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to generate leads and promote the brand.
Conduct product demos and clearly explain how our solutions improve business operations.
Tailor demonstrations to meet the specific needs of F&B, retail, and hospitality clients.
Build strong product knowledge across key features from the solutions
Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and work toward exceeding monthly/quarterly goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM.
Focus primarily on new customer acquisition with minimal account management duties.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior.
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous sales experience in any industry is a plus.
Experience and understanding in Fintech, POS, F&B, Retail, Services or related industries is advantageous.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
