This role involves working closely with the Business Development Manager, Team Head, and District Manager to design and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue and promote a comprehensive range of financial solutions.

You’ll serve as a trusted financial partner, delivering one‑stop, holistic solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

  • Collaborate & strategize: Partner with leadership to develop and implement impactful sales strategies aimed at achieving business targets.
  • Build lasting relationships: Strengthen connections with existing clients while expanding your network through industry leaders and associations to grow your client base.
  • Understand client needs: Conduct in-depth financial health assessments to identify clients’ goals and recommend solutions covering protection, savings, education, medical, and retirement planning.
  • Offer tailored wealth solutions: Work alongside wealth specialists to stay attuned to global market trends, providing expert advice and customized financial strategies that meet each client’s objectives.
  • Drive sales success: Engage in proactive prospecting, schedule appointments, conduct sales visits, and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Deliver outstanding client service: Ensure exceptional customer experience by assisting with premium payments, policy inquiries, servicing, and claims handling.
