Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Kuala Terengganu. Your primary role is to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and selling our SaaS solutions and Event Management Systems to corporate clients, SMEs, and various organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct professional pitches and live software demonstrations of our SaaS and Event Management platforms.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining long-term satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends in the SaaS and Event Management space to better position our products against competitors.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and feedback in the CRM/reporting system.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development (Experience in selling software, IT solutions, or digital services is a major advantage).
- Tech‑Savvy: Strong understanding of how SaaS products work and the ability to explain technical features in a simple, benefit‑oriented way.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Mobility: Must possess own transportation and a valid driving license for client meetings.
- Mindset: Highly self‑motivated, resilient against rejection, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kuala Terengganu.
