Job description

• Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify, evaluate, and execute business opportunities across the Financial Services portfolio. Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.
• Market Research & Business Analysis: Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify new opportunities. Provide business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strategic Planning & Product Support: Support the development of business plans, sales targets, and strategies for financial services. Monitor performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Sales & Market Expansion Initiatives: Plan and execute marketing activities, support sales teams in acquiring customers, and strengthen brand awareness.
• Reporting & Management Support: Prepare business reports, sales performance data, and provide recommendations for decision making.
• People & Culture: Promote a positive, ethical, and compliant working culture aligned with Koperasi Kakitangan PETRONAS’s values and aspirations.
