A leading ICT solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced sales and account manager to drive business development and meet profit targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales lifecycle and fostering relationships with clients. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing are required. The role demands excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach, along with the ability to travel as needed.
Responsible for Sales, Account Management and Business Development to meet given profit target annually.
Research, identify and develop new business/market opportunities for the sector assigned
Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential customers.
Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
Coordinate and assist with Tender Bid/RFP/Quotation/Price Schedule preparation and submission.
Prepare records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities to measure progress, challenges, and prospects
Participate and support marketing activities and other duties associated with the position, when necessary.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities to stay ahead in the market
