Business Development Exe / Assistant Manager (Basic + Attractive Commission)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Assistant Manager / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term customers. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships. The Business Development Assistant Manager / Executive will play a key role in driving car park network and revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, online research, and networking.
  • Use tools like CRM software, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Present the company’s products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to acquire new clients.

Relationship Management:

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., number of leads, conversion rates, revenue generated).
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve client acquisition processes.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Use insights to refine outreach strategies and improve results.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT or a related field.
  • For Executive position, 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • For Associate position, fresh graduates or other entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and an outgoing character.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools will add advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge and experience working in the parking industry and or property market is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Revenue generated from new clients.
  • Lead-to-client conversion rate.
  • Client retention and satisfaction rates.

This role may involve a mix of office work and field work.

Travel is required for market survey and due diligence, leads generation, client meetings, networking events, or industry conferences.

Progress to roles such as Senior Client Acquisition Executive, Assistant Manager - Client Acquisition, or Client Acquisition Manager.
